A Visit to the German Consulate General and Leading Companies at Deutsches Haus

Join us for a unique educational excursion into the heart of German-Vietnamese relations and commerce. We are delighted to offer an exclusive tour of the Deutsches Haus, providing a behind-the-scenes look at both diplomacy and industry in action.

This is not a networking event as usual, but a rare learning opportunity designed to deepen your understanding of how key German institutions operate. Participants will gain firsthand knowledge directly from the source.

What you will experience:

Corporate Insights in the Deutsches Haus: Our visit begins at visiting the facilities of the Deutsches Haus. Also, you can see the work of resident German enterprises like AHK (Delegation of German Industry and Commerce in Vietnam) and GBA (German Business Association in Vietnam).

The German Consulate General: Following our time at the companies, we will visit the German Consulate. You will learn about its official mission and projects, its role in promoting the partnership between Germany and Vietnam, and the essential services it provides. This is a chance to understand the functions of a modern diplomatic mission.

Time: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Location: Deutsches Haus, 33 Le Duan, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

Meeting Point: Main Lobby of Deutsches Haus

Price: 100,000 VND (will be collected at the event)

Important: To visit the German Consulate General, all attendees must bring a valid photo ID (passport or Vietnamese ID card) for security checks. No electronic devices are allowed inside, lockers will be available.

2:45 PM – 3:15 PM: Arrival at Main Lobby, Check-in, Payment

3:15 PM – 4:00 PM: Visit the Deutsches Haus (conference room, leading companies such as AHK, GBA)

4:00 PM – 4:45 PM: Visit the German Consulate General

4:45 PM – 5:00 PM: Checkout, Group Picture
