NextGenTreff with Alexander Ziehe on 04th of June 2025
At our last meetup, we had the pleasure of welcoming Alexander Ziehe, Chairman of the German Business Association Vietnam at Cupid Space.
He gave us a fascinating insight into his long-standing career and leadership experience, particularly his journey of moving out of Germany and working in Southeast Asia. He generously shared stories, lessons learned, and practical advice that proved valuable no matter which field we are currently studying. Mr. Ziehe told us three things that touched us the most:
1. Stay open: To the new, the unfamiliar, the uncomfortable. That’s where real growth begins.
2. Find your performance zone: Beyond the comfort zone. That’s where momentum builds.
3. Don’t be afraid to move on: If your environment holds you back, change it before it changes you. We are very grateful to Alexander for joining us. We ended the session with many insights that will bring us further on our own paths ahead!
